Our Story

Our journey began in 2013 when we participated in a church initiative called "Be the Change", a one-day event dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our community. That day, we worked with Paradesi Place of Safety, a facility that operated as a crèche during the day and a safe house at night. What we witnessed, the harsh living conditions these children endured deeply moved us.

Determined to create a lasting impact, our connect group launched a weekly food program, ensuring that these children received at least one nutritious meal per week. Over time, our bond with them grew. We organised Christmas parties, provided clothing and essentials, and became a consistent source of support.
